Perhaps that beautiful leather collar is a tad too long, or that carefully chosen cuff doesn't fit quite right. It happens to the best of us, and there's absolutely no need to stress!

Here's Our Simple Exchange Process:

1. Take a Deep Breath 😌 First things first - don't panic! We're here to help sort everything out.
2. Get in Touch 📝 Simply head over to our contact form and provide us with:
1. Your order number
2. The item you'd like to exchange
3. The size you need instead
3. Wait for Our Response ✉️ We'll reply with our return address details.
4. Send It Back 📦 Once you've got our address, safely package your item and send it our way.
5. Sit Back and Relax 🫖 We'll craft your replacement item and dispatch it as soon as possible.

⚠️ Holiday Notice: Please note that our workshop will be closed until 2nd January 2025. While you can submit your exchange request anytime, we will begin processing these when we return in the New Year.
